As a resident of the Portland metropolitan area, Giggleton has access to not only the Beaverton City Library, but any library in the area.

That includes any library in:
- Clackamas County, Oregon - except for Johnson City
- Hood River County, Oregon
- Multnomah County, Oregon
- Washington County, Oregon
- Clark County, Washington
- Klickitat County, Washington
- Skamania County, Washington
- Yale Precinct, Cowlitz County, Washington
- Cities of Ariel, Cougar or Woodland, Cowlitz County, Washington

Libraries in these areas belong to the Metropolitan Interlibrary Exchange and have a reciprocal borrowing agreement.

Most of these libraries belong to the Oregon Digital Library Consortium, a group of 31 library systems pooling their resources into one huge OverDrive lending library.

Of course one could simply steal whatever they want and imagine they're using the library.
