I've seen a few (all positive) comments and conversations about Wool by Hugh Howey ($.99 or you can get the Wool Omnibus Edition for $5.99 [all 5 of the books]) so I've begun reading the first one.

The
Wool Omnibus Edition was really interesting and engaging. I'd planned to read the 5 parts one at a time but was unable to stop after the first one, so I just kept reading till I'd finished all 5. I enjoyed it a lot and plan to get a copy of the 6th book in the series,
First Shift - Legacy.
Now I'm reading Dana Stabenow's 9th Kate Shugak book, Hunter's Moon.
