*edit* *warning* I just read your cross post and I'm unsure if deauthorizing your computer will affect your CS2 software. I know nothing about CS2. Proceed with caution. DiapDealer's advice in your cross post seems more informed than mine.
I chose to follow your advice, because I didn't do any "authorizing" when I installed CS2, and AFAIK, authorizing just affects ADE. My CS2 is fine, my keys are still there when I log onto my old Adobe ID online. It is all good!



(editing to add, And I got the old ID off my ADE, leaving me free to use the one already on my Sony! )
