my sister once asked me what i was reading, and i hesitated a bit (i was reading a gay erotica at the time) so i decided to just fling a genre at her and said i was reading bdsm. i don't think she asked again, though when i brought up the topic of 50 shades and bdsm, she finally asked what bdsm was.
