No diatribe, just legitimate discussion. And yes there are other computers, phones etc. out there that are trying to compete with Apple hoping to avoid their legal threats. When Apple sues the competition over such frivolous things like App Store (e.g. GetJar &
Amazon) or whether the tablet they make is rectangular and flat they are obviously trying to block these companies from competing with them.
