Just look at any website's code, and you'll ALWAYS see notes about fixing stuff to look better. Even Amazon's site has specific things for IE in their code.
I personally do use Internet Explorer myself when I'm on a Windows machine, and I know it's still heavily used by many others. However, you have to understand that in order to make the experience good on it, most designers and developers have had to pull their hair out working extra hours or days just to fix it.

IE9 has the best support for HTML5. They can use that. Any way I've deleted the app. The Send to Kindle bookmarklet works better anyway. No app needed.
