It's called the "20-20-20 Rule" and a similar (or perhaps identical) link has been posted on MobileRead before, but perhaps it's worth a Post-It note on all our computer screens as a reminder:

In a nutshell: For every 20 minutes of reading, take a break and focus on an object at least 20 feet distant for 20 seconds. Your eyes will thank you.
