Hi JJ, sorry you're having issues. I know it's a pain but I think I agree with HarryT. If you can, purchase your books from Amazon and use Calibre.

, Yes I am currently traveling, and in this instance location really isnt the point it just hinders my options for the time being, I may do the amazon/calibre thing but there are other options books on board, fictionwise etc which I am more than happy to do just figured I would give Sony the benifit of the doubt for ease of use but after my third attempt with them to resolve the issue I explained it all again to them and proceeded to close my account. Just hope the deauthorization from Sony doesnt mess up other account purchases thru Adobe... And Deb dont be a stranger!!!
