I doubt there'll ever be an ultimate size... Functionality will always determine the best screensize. But portability is getting more important as well. People are getting more and more used to being online every single moment of the day (not sure that's a good thing or not but that's beside the point), and maybe it won't be the 7" that wins out in that area, but the 5". Or even 6".

I think for home use and business use, the 10" will always be more popular. For road use, I doubt it.
