@jojoba if the only problem you're having is the freezing / page flipping thing I would keep it. If you have other problems you may want to send it back.

I am preparing to turn in after working the night shift, but no where in their post quoted below do they say the problem has been fixed. The person posting this on the 19th of November has a reasonable expectation that the problem is in hand and the bugs will be worked out, tested and ready for release at the end of the month.

There is a difference between scheduled for release and been fixed. Surely you understand that these things are not the same.
