Technically, any tea that is not made from the tea plant is an herbal. So Matte's, Chai's, and the like are herbals. (shrugs)

I would say most of the standard herbals (anything sold by Celestial Seasons) I find disgusting. But that is my taste preference. And that taste preference has evolved quite a bit in the last 10 years. Exposure to new teas have greatly altered what I am drinking and that is a good thing. I did start with heavily flavored teas (Reublic of Tea) but find myself now strongly prefering unflaovred tea.

I never liked Celestial Seasons though.
