The Prime customers have already paid the delivery fee, of course, in advance. Me? I'll wait a while until the 'new' wears off and get it on free delivery sometime later. That will also give readers a chance to review and rate it. Not everything written by good authors is going to be good, and few books are worth paying new-release prices so I can say I've read it first. You guys with full time jobs can do my beta-testing for me, OK?
