I'm not able to do anything with 3.1 on my Kindle, although I am in the UK (not sure if that makes a difference).

I found this information out on a blog:

Yes, actually it is NOT the Amazon Cloud Driver storage I thought it was, but a separate 5Gb for the Kindles associated with your account.

I have verified that documents sent to my K3 show up in my Library ('Personal Documents') at MYK. At that point, it seems, you should be able to push it to any of your registered Kindles, but at present, while the 'Deliver to..' list had all of mine listed, the only one that was enabled was the one corresponding to (I think) the Kindle Fire I pre-ordered. It seems you should be able to pull it from Archived Items as well, but it's not showing up in there. If I delete it from my K3, it is just gone, and there's no way to send it again even though it is still listed in MYK. The highlights I made may be synced for all I know but it's not possible to verify it.

So, not very useful, yet. Probably it's not all hooked up.But I'm looking forward to using it when it is. I've been experimenting with things like Dropbox and calibre server but this really has the integration I would like to have.
