Congrats on your new KSO. Generally, you're only eligible for offers that appear on your Kindle; not previous offers. The 40% off Covers is a previous offer, even though it's still active. Once you activate your new KSO, you'll need to contact Kindle CS at 1-866-321-8851 and see if they'll honor the offer for you. Others have done this in the past with varying degrees of success, but there's no guarantee it'll work for you.
