I was at a camping store today and was looking at their belts. Yes, the Eagle Creek belt IS a money belt. I just don't usually use mine for that purpose. The shop did have 5-6 different design belts, all with plastic 'cam' buckles, which means no holes need and infinitely adjustable. There were even two of them that were elastic. Check with a large camping shop in your area.

Take a look at 'MontBell' company. They sell these.
