I'm using mine in exactly the same fashion that I used the WiFi and NEVER had the Factory Reset/internal storage error.

I'm convinced that their Touch fw needs a going over examining file/db operations.

Calibre: It's fine. I've been using it(and Sigil) for years. I've yet to find a better conversion app.
