Why not a month? Or a year? Is it equally fine to personally attack a poster who dares discuss, not what a jerk Jobs is, but specifically how his performance in the job he was in affected said poster?

If anyone doesn't want to discuss Steve's job performance, don't. Do not pretend that doing so is somehow the height of social impropriety and beyond the pale.
