The processor is the same, lenovo has twice the memory, ipad2 has the better graphics card, lenovo has the bigger display with higher resolution, but the form factor is a matter of preference, lenovo has much better cameras, and for the same price you get a bigger HDD.
So: iPad +1, Lenovo K1 +4 on hardware.
