Well your message was much better than mine. I was told quite bluntly that I should be using the Kobo Desktop App and that Kobo didn't support Calibre - I was left feeling that it was all my fault for not using the Desktop App.
This was despite indicating in my ticket that the reason I NEED to use Calibre or ADE or something to load my books is because I have purchased many of my books from Borders in Australia (that was the Desktop app that came with my original Kobo!)
I don't think the person I am corresponding with realises that I can't use their precious Desktop app to load my Borders books. After trying to explain my situation and being repeatedly told to just use the Desktop App I have decided it's not even worth responding to a message that does nothing to address my problem.
I can't believe I am writing this but I am starting to wish I had not purchased my Touch.
