Really? Drag 'n dropping or using Calibre to do the transfer?

Curious if your setup is different - o/s (win/mac/linux), firmware, calibre version etc.. Have about 15 books now, and still no issues, wife likewise has a handful of books (not all same) on hers with no issues.
