True, the Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) is a Godsend, but I feel that manufacturers are abusing it by shipping half-baked products and just "we will fix those bugs on the next firmware update". It works are long as the product is not too far off what it should be, otherwise it puts people off. That does not apply only to the iRiver, seems to become rather common.
