I would love to come over (I'm always up for a BBQ!), but I don't think I'll be able to make it there in time

I like those pants that you can roll up or down depending on weather. My new linen pants are like that too!

About the crocks: I've heard from several people already that they are really comfortable. But they are so ugly I would never ever wear them.
