It's what smokers do with the first one or two drags on a cigarette... draw in a deep breath of smoke, hold it an extra second or two, then slowly let it out. It's relaxing. But.... here's the tip...

IT IS JUST AS RELAXING DOING THE SAME THING WITHOUT THE SMOKE!
Try it yourself. Deep breath, hold, slowly release... relax.

Save a lot of money. Save your health. Smell better to other people. Have whiter teeth. And in S'pore, don't have problems with the police for smoking in the street!
