My partner shares your height and has his weight down to between 67 and 68kg, and is holding steady. Because we eat similar, and exercise the same, he's looking to find the holding-pattern dietary changes that we'll both take to. We could probably do better with dairy, and certainly the CSIRO-recommended nuts, so we'll probably add some nuts into an afternoon snack of yoghurt, and go from there.
He's pretty happy with his weight. It's his lightest, and having nearly died from a massive heart attack a bit over 20 years ago, while at a weight that was exceeding obese (and a lifestyle that was binging in the off hours and highly stressful in on-hours), his contentment is paramount to me more than my own weight
[insert degree of personal guilt here].

I've had a bread-maker for the past year and a half. (The Panasonic one.) It's been splendid. Five minutes to put the ingredients in the machine in the evening, and fresh bread in the morning...
Today's was white bread with linseeds... Yum.
The one drawback is that it's hard to resist eating more than I intend to eat. :-)

Yes, I've been looking at breadmakers, and do have one picked if I decide to go that route. It's awareness that my time is rather cheap now, and slow food is my "in" to cooking (I'm not a great cook, so all things that take time - slow-cookers, relishes, jams, preserves, casseroles, et cetera are sort-of along my line). So though we've even got the means to mechanically kneed the dough, I'm looking at getting my hands dirty...err, floury, instead, just to see. I do love me some bread, and it's my only dietary craving (and that's including my loves of icecream and the deep-fryer).
You're welcome to place a wager on me buying a machine sometime in the future though.
Oh, and BTW, Iridal...WOOOOOOOOOO! Goodonyamate!
Cheers,
Marc
