Oh man I didn't see this post, I just posted an all new thread on it. LOL

I think it's funny that the Kindle Krew on here who touted the 2 week then the 1 month battery life of the kindle 2 and kindle 3 as if it was the cure of all our ailments, cured cancer, gave us saving grace and would thumb their noses on any product with less battery life and ohh what a chore it must be to own a nook and not have this most Wonderful battery life. Now have taken the stance of " who cares" if you can't find an outlet blah blah blah.

I have always said from the beginning. My laptop gets 3hrs tops, I have to charge my cell phone every night. getting a week from nook classic and 4 days from my nook color is just fine with me.

Don't get me wrong of course the less you have to worry about charging your devices is always a good thing but a the amount of garbage to Kindle Krew would spew out about all the craziest sceneioros you would be in when debating this : "Well what if you travel the Congo, for 1 month and live with the pygmies, you are going to want a Kindle for it's Most Amazing battery life"

"Well what if you go to Sibera and live in a Village that has no power , you are going to want the Most Awesome Kindle because it has the BEST battery".

Well you know what Kindlebots, you dont' anymore. And actually I don't even care. It's just one less thing all us non kindle owners have to hear you crow about.
