Tim's brother intends to salvage as much of the wood as possible. The walls are OK, relatively speaking, but the floors and roof are all warped from rain. He will be able to lay down some beautiful floors in his house.

This whole thing has scared his brother into making plans to build one ASAP. My sister already has one, where they hide aytime there is a storm.
