She sounds adorable. My Teddy Bear (a Yorkshire terrier) wakes me early. I lean over, open my bedroom door and he goes into the hallway where he lays on his little rug in front of my roommate's door so he can greet him when he wakes up. The roommate then takes him for his morning walk. Once the roommate leaves for work, Teddy Bear wakes me up again, and once I'm out of bed he goes into the living room, jumps on the couch and takes a nap.
He had company today, a Maltese named Buddy. They just about drove me nuts. Teddy and I both needed a nap when Buddy went home.

It was cute watching them get to know each other, but my boy's not very social, so I had to keep a close eye on his patience level so I could remove Buddy if he got too overbearing. Teddy won't get mean or anything, but he gets distressed if he gets pushed past his comfort zone, and I didn't want to watch him pout the rest of the day. And boy, can he pout.
