I make it when I'm cooking Indian food for dinner. I don't drink it otherwise. I found a small bottle of tea spices in one of the import stores, and not knowing what it was, bought it to try. It turned out to be Chai, and pretty tasty chai at that! A small spoonful added to Assam tea, a healthy squirt of sweetened condensed milk, and I have a nice beverage to go along with the meal! It's the only tea I drink sweet and white.
