It was an ordinary building. And he wasn't taking a photo of the building. He was taking a photo of his family in NYC. The building just happened to be in the background! But one of the offices of that building was used by a Federal agency. THAT is what caused the problems.

That probably would have made my house guests happier the other day, or at least more comfortable. For two of them, it was their first time tasting a black tea, and these guys are in their 60's!
