So I got up early and unplumbed the sink and ripped apart the vanity cabinet because it was too heavy for me to move in one piece. Then I gutted the walls. So now I just have to pay someone to install the new sink and hang the sheet rock.
If Tim keeps cheesing me off like this, I'll show him again! ... I'll hang my own d@mned wall board!
I may be blind, but i'm hot h3ll with a pry bar!

Oh my God, I am sooooo tired and achy. I hung the drywall today. It is pretty easy, but takes some muscle power. Tim, my delicate wife

, helped me carry it. My brother-in-law loaned me his big power screwdriver which is really more trouble then it is worth. I watched a few videos on utube, then started cutting and hanging. Tomorrow, I will try my hand at taping and mudding. It looks fairly straightforward in the videos.
I'm doing braille countersinking of the screws. I can't see what I'm doing, but just keep turning the screw until it feels indented.
The new tub and shower walls will be white, as well as my new pretty vanity and sink. The cabinets will remain white. So I'm thinking of painting the walls a light bluish lilac with all of that crispy white. What do you think?
Good night! If I can get up off this sofa, I am going to take some Advil and go to bed.
