(May I add here that this is HER job, not mine, I always end up being the one to call the cops when necessary, all of our night managers will hide and let me do it... no idea why). I call cops. They send four cop cars and two ambulances. Overkill, much?
It took the cop banging on the guy's window with his flashlight before he roused. Then he told the cops his wife was in the store (he doesn't HAVE a wife, that any of us are aware of, none of us has ever seen him with a woman or with anyone else). I told the cops as much and that he was banned and why. Last I heard, he was yelling at the cops and they followed him out of the parking lot.

Some guys don't know when to leave. I remember you mentioning your night manager before, same one? If it is, its time to take her aside and have a chat, maybe give the creep in the parking lot her number, can you say "Kill two birds with one stone"?
