It's jail house fashion brought to the streets. In jail they aren't allowed to have belts, so they often have falling pants. I guess they liked jail so much that they want to remember the good times that they had there.

It's sad to see teenagers w/ their pants around their thighs!! How is it possible for fitted pants AND baggy thigh pants to be "fashionable" at the same time?

The 650's are super responsive. I don't have my iPad yet, but it's as responsive as my Droid X, or any LCD touchscreen. The refresh rate is still slower, but the responsiveness is excellent.
