Fortunately my parents are open-minded. I was surprised when I humorously said, 'I won't get married' and they were like, 'Oh that's okay, it's up to you!' - they were serious
Not all the Asian parents are that 'traditional' to make their children have arranged marriage, nearly all of my friends are free to make their own choice.
