I already work with the latest firmware 3.03. Amazon will not give me a refund. I mailed them about it and I got a standard relpy stating: Well it almost never happens and you probably are not affected. And if you are not satisfied with this answer please call the helpdesk on the toll free number. Well that tollfree number is in the States and is absolutely not tollfree for me. I would spend a fortune calling them intercontinental. I read here of people talking to them for 40 minutes or so before they connvinced them to refund. For that amount of money I could buy a new cover without refund.
Here on the ground in doesn't crash as often. In a plane it crashes every hour or so. So static electricity seems to be the cause
