What I want to know about Scottish cuisine is, why do they deep fry anything they can get their hands on? Deep fried pizza, deep fried mars bars (sounds absolutely evil, the bad way), deep fried easter creme eggs, deep fried ice cream and my all time favorite deep fries Twinkies!
I confess that some of those sound good and that not all of those are Scottish
