It would still be good if you could post the pictures of the inside of the case so your mods show. Also, a picture of your 650 in the case will give us all a better idea of the fit. Lastly, after you "squashed" the cover to make it thinner for the PRS-650, how much distance was there from the left edge of the reader to the spine of the cover?

I have a Large Journal and really like it (I use the Rhodia webnotebooks with it). Now I would like to have a cover for my PRS-650, but I am hesitant to give up my Sony lighted cover. I'd sure like to find a way to have the light and Sony mount built into a nicer case.
