Such was the success of having my lunch with
Sencha! that from this evening on I am starting a new pattern. I am going to drink tea with my meals.

To night I will dine with
gunpowder, and I will brew it in my neat Japanese design teapot. I am thinking of using one different tea pot for each tea that I use. I am not the tea adventurer like our tea teachers are (astra Prof and Stitchawl, in strict alphabetic order, just those 3 for the moment, but it might well be that an other bright star will enlighten this thread). I buy my teas from one shop so they are always the same, which is reassuring and a simplifying certitude. I will drink
Keemun and
Ceylon as black teas as drinks and brew them single shots. I am using paper bags now. Mine are Japanese from ochapack.com, I got them in Zurich, 2 packs.

. They are particular in the sense that if my hands are not smooth they get stuck, in this way I know if I have to use more hand cream, expecially in this harsh winter. No doubt that drinking tea is a good thing, for more than one reason.
With one teapot for each of the meal teas (
Oolong, a green of choice between
Sencha and
Gunpowder, and I will soon decide what I prefer or what is best with what) I might just rinse the pot.
About blacks I might start an adventure in finding what kind of Chinese black is the one I had once with those 2 old diplomats. I thought that was the tire burning one. No way. I will find it in the list that the Prof produced not long time ago. And slowly work my way through it. Unless my famous good luck will give me the answer right away. But who cares, often the path is much more interesting that the destination ...
