I love my new treadlie with disc brakes!
Yes, I'm pretty cautious, if not always slow enough for The Loved One's liking (except on uphills). I make sure to only put myself in harm's way.

What's a treadlie?

"Treadlie" = "deadly-treadlie" = pushbike. Both SneakySnakey and myself have recently bought new bikes, and we are terrorising our local bike tracks - me in the north, she in the south.

But not today (for me). Small leg injury, coupled with sun, heat and humidity kept both me and The Loved One off the treadlies today. Just a rest day, really. Sneaky's suggestion that the weather here is more suitable for pool-time is quite appropriate.

Cheers,
Marc
