Maybe there's some weird tropical cold going around down here around the Tropic of Cancer. The worst cold that I can ever remember was the one I caught when I moved here. I can't even explain the pure misery. It was horrible.
I have also recently heard that ascorbic acid is great to put on skin to prevent/cure (?) skin cancer.

I can do 10 things at once. Catch a bad cold, assess a kid, write up a dozen reports, attend 10 trillion meetings, consult with 60 teachers, cook dinner, read a book, write a review and go to the bathroom all at once.

Not sure treacle is in my vocabulary, but I know it's in Harry Potter's...

I would say don't wait too long, if your cough is that bad. You don't want to get pneumonia.
Luckily it seems a bit better today, hopefully it will continue? I definitely don't want pneumonia. I can't afford that kind of time. And, for the record, too much vitamin C does, in fact, cause a bit of a diarrhea...

We barely have doctors here, but I do have a few friends (online) who have had that done and have been happy. The whole idea makes me nervous, and, luckily, it's not really an issue unless I am coughing up a lung.
