Contacted Amazon, and of course they played the dumb card... "We can't change tags if they don't fall outside our guidelines."

Then they actually said "We want our feature to be something that our customers find useful."

I responded:
"I refuse to believe that if someone put inaccurate or offending material in your tags... say, "sex with donkeys"... that Amazon could not remove those tags. Those tags are inaccurate, hurtful to me, and impact adversely on my sales.

I'll bet if Harper Collins or Random House said something, you'd remove them without a second thought. Thanks for the support."
