@ astra & ProfCrash: I feel a bit weird toward you two. I get my teas from Drogheria Soana in Corso Magenta (you might know it prof. from your days in Milano). I go there and buy some 100 g of Keemun, like I did the last time. He takes down a big metal box, digs into a large bag and fills a little bag for me, and that's it. I know that he gets the best tea's that he knows how to get and that's it for me. When I went to him with a list, he gave me everything and than added some Ceylon tea saying that in the style of English breakfast teas I should try that one also and he was right as i enjoy it very much. Am I missing something getting my teas like that? should I start a never ending adventure of search for what I do not know what it is?
Should I read more to get intellectually stimulated?

BTW. I have been drinking Ooloong lately and enjoying it no end. It leaves a very clean mouth. It is simple, subtle, elusive and promising at the same time. I think that I might have identified a definite note in it, but no I can't pinpoint it like in the black teas. I will try more and see if I can find that earth taste at the end of the sip.
