We have had severe droughts here for at least 10 years... We had water restrictions - every household got a timer to ensure 4 minute showers, No washing cars/houses/patios and no watering plants, and we really learned how to conserve water during those years...
Now we have water everywhere, and we are again asked to conserve water due to the dangers the floods cause... This time we have to conserve drinking water, and make sure it's boiled before use.
