Amazon is the one making it an issue. Nobody wuld care what the book was in the advertisement if Amazon had not decided to start pulling eBooks about incest. If Amazon is going to pull such books, then why would they allow such a book to be used in the advertisement?

But if it's on screen, someone's going to want to look.
