About a year ago my husband got a speeding ticket for doing 65km/h in a 50km/h zone. He didn't even think twice about the ticket until he got home and showed it to me. I knew the street he was on and knew that it was also a 60km/h zone, not 50! He showed me exactly where he was stopped and it was about 30 feet past the speed limit sign . Of course the officer didn't bother showing up at court so it was thrown out. Moral of the story: Always read signs while driving!
