As the witness to this event I will also say that Rosie never moved from her original position, they shot her exactly where she stood peering at me through the bushes. I mentioned that in my original post on this, if he says "they had never had one this big before", exactly how often do they do this? Unthinking jerk - I hope he gets in trouble for it. Sounds like the entire department needs some classes and nice big revision on when it is ok to use your weapon.
