I had a phone that did many things, including take pictures. We went back to our old brick of a cell phone, as the one thing my new shiny multipurpose phone could not do was actually make phone calls in remote or rural areas. I would lose signal walking between my parent's living room & kitchen. The call with the shiny new phone would be dropped as their house is precisely between two cell towers. My old phone wasn't that fussy. It would make calls. I get reception with it, that I can't get with any other phone we've owned. Needless to say, we're using the old one, more than the new one.
