They still don't know where the extra votes came from. It might have been that four people who vote at the same polling place but in a different district got the wrong ballots (why have a polling place for one person?) The one legal voter can contest the results (the issues were voted down) but he has to wait for canvassing to conclude, which will be between Nov 10-15. They could call for another election, but I think it should go like this. Ryan steps in front of the election official who asks "Proposition 1, yes or no? Prop 2, yes or no? Prop 3, yes or no? Sign here" All done, nice and neat, no chance of a problem. It's not like no one will know how he voted.

The upshot of this is that he is paid to live on the land, and the issues have to do with a water district, of which he works for the lawyer hired to represent the company trying to get the issue passed. He father is the COO for the company. The company is owned by Clayton Williams, who wants to bring water in from another town, but have Midland pay for it, or something like that. This is a $300+ million proposition we're talking about. So you know he was paid to live there and register to vote and vote FOR the propositions.
