You keep calling things bugs when you don't seem to be understanding the meaning of the term. A 'bug' is what you call an aspect of the program that isn't working the way it was designed to by the programers. You're looking for specific features that you want to be a certain way and that's fine but that isn't a bug.
I'm talking about the version of ADE used in the firmware on devices, not the version of ADE people have installed on their PC or Mac.

Personally, I'm not obsessed with full justification, but I acknowledge the issue is important to a lot of people. I am more interested in xhtml/css bug fixes for issues like those listed here. And yes, these are considered bugs because the version of ADE I have on my Sony is not adhering to the epub specifications.

As for why I want the information, I want to phrase my complaint like this "my PRS300 runs version x.1 of ADE whereas your competitor's device runs version x.2. The newer version of ADE fixes bugs such as centering a <hr /> tag and random breaks in paragraphs, resulting in a more pleasant reading experience. Also, your competitor has show a willingness to update the firmware on their devices when future versions of ADE come out. For this reason, I am going to switch my brand loyalty to your competitor rather than update to your new range of devices. Ereaders are still considered a new technology, and my friends and colleagues have been seeking my advice as to whether they would enjoy using an eInk device and which brand to invest in. Previously I have been recommending your product to all of them, but it seems that for long term customer care, your competitor would be a better investment."

Personally I think an email containing facts would be better than one that just says "Sony SUXs! I'm never buying from you losers again!" I have formed this opinion after working in both Customer Service and Beta Testing.

So... anyone got any more facts that I can pack into my complaint?
