Did you speak to general CS or kindle support??
When I called CS yesterday they just said that there was no stock and it wasnt comming in until next week. Then I was put through to kindle support who told me that it was on a van heading somewhere
and it would be dispatched within the next 2-3 days. Then I called back kindle support this morning because it had been dispatching soon since sunday morning and they got it dispatched for me this morning.
I do believe that they updated a lot of orders to the dispatching soon status even though they didnt have enough stock to cover all those orders.
