Automated script. The simplest would be assuming that it's possible to use the Calibre command line tools to manually transfer a book to iBooks, add your books in reverse alphabetical order one at a time.
Otherwise, some scripting software like autokey or AppleScript to import books 1 at a time from a generated list.
